Together with Employees
At the Vietnam Plant our employees are taking initiatives on disaster management to keep their workplace safe and accident-free. The plant also organizes various recreational activities to facilitate interactions among employees.
Disaster Management
Fire and Evacuation Drills
We conduct fire and evacuation drills every April with the help of the Hai Phong fire department. Since FY 2021, we have been conducting nighttime fire drills in November for employees who work the late shifts.
Employee Welfare
In order to bolster the ties among employees, we hold a company trip in the spring as well as a sports day and Kyocera Festival in the fall. (The photos taken before COVID-19 pandemic)
