Advanced print settings

How can I access advanced print settings?

When you print from any Microsoft Store application using a supported KYOCERA printer, you may access advanced print settings. Selecting a printer opens a simple print interface. Selecting More settings, below the default options, opens the advanced print settings pane.

What are the benefits of using the advanced print settings?

For supported KYOCERA printers, you can configure additional options and features in advanced print settings that are not shown in the simple print interface. Advanced print settings may vary depending on your printer. For more information, refer to the documentation for your printer driver.
Note: For computers or tablets running on Windows 10 or later that support the Microsoft IPP Class Driver, custom driver installation may not be necessary when accessing advanced print settings in KYOCERA Print Center.

Why are advanced print settings not available for some KYOCERA printers?

Compatible print drivers may not be available, depending on your operating system and printer. For more information, refer to the documentation for your printer or print driver. You may continue to use the simple print interface in your app.

In KYOCERA Print Center, why are there fewer options in advanced print settings for the Microsoft IPP Class Driver?

Rendering is handled by the Microsoft IPP Class Driver and is dependent on Microsoft APIs. Not all settings in custom printer drivers may be available in the Microsoft IPP Class Driver.
