Q Why cannot I log in to the Customer portal?
A If you are unable to log in to the Customer portal, the following may be the causes.

You have entered an incorrect login password.

You can reset your password on the login page. Please reset your password from the "Forgot password?" link on the login top page.
  1. Click on "Forgot password?"
  2. Enter your email address in the password reset email address field and click "Reset password".
  3. Click the "Reset password" link in the email sent from the server.
  4. Enter a new password and log in again.

Multiple failed login attempts

If you fail to log in 3 times within 15 minutes, your user account will be temporarily locked. If your account is locked, it will be automatically unlocked 30 minutes after the third failed attempt, allowing you to try again.

Long time since last login

If you have not used the account for one year, it will be considered inactive and automatically deleted. Please ask your administrator to re-register your user account.
*A warning email is sent to both the administrator and the user when the user has been inactive for 11 months.

Administrator deleted the account

The administrator may have deleted the user account for some reason. Please ask the administrator to re-register your user account.
Note that if the user account has been deleted, past usage data is also deleted.
*Usage data: print/scan jobs and cloud storage links, etc.
