Updates of “Kyocera Cloud Information Manager” v2.8

1. Added signers list as an attribute

Previously, the signers list had to be entered and set each time a signature was requested in E-signature workflow. It is now possible to assign the signers list as an attribute to a document. This allows to pre-set signers information at the time of document indexing.

2. Shared signature template

Signature templates can be now shared with other users.

3. Task notification via email

In Single tasks and Task sequence, after the actions such as "Task assigned", "Task sequence completed", etc., emails are sent to the task initiator or task assignee.

4. Supported XML viewer

When an XML file conforming to the German e-invoice format is uploaded, it is now displayed in a report style layout in the preview.

5. Changing document class

Customer administrators can now change the document class and attributes even after document indexing. They can correct mistakes made during the indexing process.

6. Localization of document class and attributes

Customer administrators can now change or localize the names and descriptions of document classes and attributes in multiple languages. This allows each user to use the system in their own language, even when operating in a multilingual environment.

7. Supporting initial setup by tooltips

A new feature is supported that displays tooltips on the screen to guide customer administrators logging in for the first time through the main functions and operations.

8. Added link to the Solution Support Page

Clicking the "Information" icon on the administrative screen now displays a link to the Solution Support Page that Kyocera Document Solutions provides featuring information on solution products and service operation status.
