Updates of "Kyocera Cloud Print and Scan" Web Portal v1.14.3

1. Change the user synchronization behavior of Google Workspace

User synchronization for Google Workspace will be changed as follows:

  • Only the users in "Active" status are imported. User status other than "Active" are not imported.
  • For users already imported into Kyocera Cloud Print and Scan, if their status in Google Workspace is not "Active", they will be removed from Kyocera Cloud Print and Scan during the next user synchronization.*
*: If you wish to retain inactive users in Kyocera Cloud Print and Scan, administrator of Google Workspace must restore the user’s status in Google Workspace to "Active" prior to user import.
