Updates of “Kyocera Cloud Capture” v1.6

1. Added Microsoft Entra ID authentication feature

By enabling Microsoft Entra ID authentication, Customer Administrator can allow users to log in to the MFP client application using their Entra ID.

2. Increase in the number of workflows from 6 to 20

The number of workflows that can be registered has increased from 6 to 20. It is now possible to create more workflows tailored to the specific departments and operations.

3. Specifying SharePoint Online document libraries as destinations

Customer Administrator can now specify the document library URL as a destination of the file for the SharePoint Online workflow. This enables users to change the destination folder within a single workflow on the MFP client as needed.

4. Setting devices for each workflow

Customer Administrator can now configure workflows to be displayed on the MFP client for each device. This allows users to narrow down the workflows to be displayed per device and improves usability.
