Scope of Impact
- Kyocera Cloud Information Manager: Customers using certain plans in Europe and Asia
OCR functions did not operate and processing resulted in errors. - Kyocera Cloud Capture: Customers using the Basic Plan
A failure notification may have been sent when executing a workflow that included OCR processing
Affected workflow conditions:
The file format includes any of the following: Searchable PDF, Compressed PDF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
Cause
OCR service failure occurred at ABBYY.
Current Status
The failure has been resolved, and the service has been restored.
