Scope of Impact
The following issues occurred in some Asian region.
- Desktop Client could not be downloaded.
- Print job could not be uploaded from the web browser.
- Scanning and printing from the HyPAS application could not be performed.
Cause
The server configuration file had an issue.
Current Status
The server configuration file has been modified and the incidents have been resolved.
