Limitations and Display for Kyocera Cloud Print and Scan Server and MFP

As of early November 2025, certain features provided by Microsoft have been experiencing limitations.
We have confirmed the following issues when accessing files in the "Recent" and "Shared" folders of OneDrive from the HyPAS Application on MFP.

  • In some cases, not all files in a folder may be displayed.
  • When printing, the message "Failed. Server error." may appear and printing may fail.

At this time, Microsoft has not made an official announcement regarding a fix.
Therefore, affected folders are marked as "Currently Unavailable". For printing, please use files located in the "My Files" folder.
