Updates of "Kyocera Cloud Capture" v1.8
1. Supporting Box and Dropbox
You can now select Box and Dropbox as workflow type.
Scanned files can be directly stored in Box/Dropbox environments, which makes it easier to integrate documents with the existing document management systems.

2. Supporting "Documents to index" for storing documents
When the Kyocera Cloud Information Manager is selected as workflow type, store documents into "Documents to index" setting is now supported. This makes search and indexing operations in Kyocera Cloud Information Manager easier.
3. Additional OCR language support (Slovak)
Slovak is added to the OCR language support.
4. HyPAS application - Supporting Scan extension kit file formats
If Scan extension kit is installed on your MFP, you can select a file format supported by Scan
extension kit for Kyocera Cloud Capture HyPAS application file formats. This allows you to output
data in the most appropriate file format for each operation, improving post-processing and
compatibility with the applications integrated.
* Only the file formats previously specified in the workflow settings are available
for selection. Availability depends on your plan and region. Please contact your local sales
company for details.
5. HyPAS application - Supporting A5E size for Scan Original Size
You can now select A5E size for Scan Original Size settings in the Kyocera Cloud Capture HyPAS application. This allows even A5E-size documents to be scanned with optimal settings, reducing misalignment of trimming and margins.
6. Supporting searchable PDF for the entry plan (in some Asian regions only)
In some Asian regions, you can now select searchable PDF as an output format when selecting the
entry plan. This allows you to save documents in full-text searchable PDF format, making document
search more efficient.
