The SSD* can accommodate up to 1,000 'user boxes' for storing scan and print data. These boxes can be accessed directly from the operation panel, eliminating the need for a PC. Users can set passwords, usage limits, and document storage deadlines for added security. Additionally, the printer's settings screen (COMMAND CENTER RX) can be accessed through a web browser to download stored data.

A maximum of four paper feeders are allowed.
Apart from the primary unit's standard 600-sheet paper feed, the additional paper feeder can be incorporated to facilitate a maximum of 2,600-sheet multi-level paper feed. Multiple paper sizes can be loaded simultaneously, minimizing the time and effort needed for paper replenishment when utilizing the machine.
