KYOCERA Acquires Ever Team Software SAS as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary

KYOCERA Document Solutions Inc. (President: Norihiko Ina; herein "Kyocera") today announced the acquisition of all shares of Ever Team Software SAS (herein "Everteam"), a French-based Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions provider, making Everteam a wholly owned subsidiary of Kyocera as of February 10 (French local time).
Since Kyocera and Everteam's shareholder reached an acquisition agreement on December 27, 2019 (French local time), both parties have been taking the necessary steps to close the transaction.
By utilizing Everteam's expertise of ECM※1 software and advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing (NLP)※2, Kyocera will further provide added value to its customers as a partner that contributes to the expansion of their business.
