Meerbusch, Germany - January 30, 2015 -KYOCERA Document Solutions' booth at this year's CeBIT, held 16-20 March, is dedicated to improving organisations' bottom lines. On display in Hall 3, Booth B20, visitors will find solutions and services that allow them to optimise the management of documents vital to the success of their business operations. Using actual scenarios, KYOCERA demonstrates the potential for improving efficiency by means of document management process analyses and the intelligent life-cycle management of printing and copying infrastructures. Booth visitors will be the first to experience KYOCERA's new "Print Server Operation," which promises to cut IT personnel expenses and the costs for IT management.

Cebit exhibition 2014 - Kyocera boothDigitalisation is ubiquitous and its reach is rapidly extending deeply into both occupational and social milieus. CeBIT is addressing the challenges and opportunities created by this development and has named this year's event "d!conomy," a neologism, featuring a combination of "digital" and "economy." The exhibition will be a platform to discuss how digitalisation is affecting the role of IT departments, and possible solutions. In future, IT departments will be called on to contribute and integrate their input into companies' business strategies and the optimising of business operations. There is a great deal of potential, as shown by recent market analysis studies performed by International Data Corporation (IDC), who found that 50 percent of managers and employees consider the continuous change between digital and hardcopy documents to be inefficiently designed.

The main thrust of KYOCERA's offering at this year's CeBIT therefore features solutions designed to help companies optimise their various business processes. In Hall 3, Document Solution experts will demonstrate how to make these processes less expensive, more secure and smarter. Besides service and hardware solutions, KYOCERA will also show ways to improve fleet management, archiving and controlling.
