Change in Director
KYOCERA Corporation resolved at a meeting of its Board of Directors held on February 26, 2016 changes in executive officers and assignments.
Accordingly, Keiji Itsukushima, Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer of KYOCERA Document Solutions Inc. will be transferred to KYOCERA Corporation and assume the position of Senior Executive Officer and General Manager of the Corporate Communication Equipment Group as of April 1, 2016.
