Kyocera Document Solutions, Inc., one of the world's leading document solutions companies, today announced that it has acquired all shares in Annodata Limited -- a U.K.-based Comprehensive Service Provider which integrates and provides ICT services and managed document services (MDS) to optimally configure printers and multifunctional products (MFPs).

Annodata, headquartered in Kings Langley near London with eight other offices in the U.K., has been expanding its portfolio of services while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

Recently, customers' purchasing preferences in Europe and North America has been shifting away from simply contracting MDS services to a fuller range of services including the creation and operation of IT infrastructure. Through this acquisition, Kyocera aims to strengthen its business foundation to accommodate changes in the market.

Furthermore, by combining the business workflow service of the Ceyoniq Group -- a German enterprise content management (ECM) provider acquired in November 2015 -- Kyocera can now serve as a one-stop-shop for total solutions from the provision of document equipment to ICT and ECM services.

Going forward, Kyocera will further enhance its business by deploying these comprehensive services and expertise in other markets around the world. Kyocera strives to be a company which provides customers with high-value added document solutions that contribute to their business expansion.
