Osaka, Japan - November 30, 2015 - KYOCERA Document Solutions Inc., one of the world's leading document solutions companies, announces that select printers and MFPs are now able to support Google Cloud PrintTM, making it even easier to access documents from anywhere and support growing printing needs, without the deployment of IT departments.
Google Cloud Print is a service by Google Inc. that allows users to print from their smart phone, tablet, personal computers or any other web-connected device, to any cloud-connected printer without installing specific printer drivers on their devices. Printing from PCs and mobile devices is becoming a requirement for more users every day, especially in key target markets such as education and public sector which need a more flexible printing approach without print servers.
In many organizations, both PCs and mobile devices are used to maximize work in and out of the office. With a Google Cloud Print compatible printer, the user does not need to choose the device for printing so no driver downloads are necessary.
