Acquisition of Information Security Management System Certification (ISMS)
Kyocera Document Solutions Inc. (President: Hironori Ando; hereinafter: Kyocera) announces that Kyocera Document Solutions Development Philippines, Inc., Kyocera's group software development company, has been accredited with “ISMS Certification*” in efforts to address the information security.
With today’s growing number of incidents of targeted attacks or ransomware attacks, it is important to build and operate an ISMS to ensure comprehensive information security through appropriate risk assessment against the threats.
Kyocera will continue to strive for better quality document solution services through the ISMS certification as a comprehensive effort to secure its customers’ data and information assets and to contribute to expansion of its customers’ business.
